Report, request or order a bin or box

There are several reasons why your bin or box may not have been emptied. This could include bins which are overfilled or where the lid isn’t fully closed, too heavy, have the wrong items, are damaged or have a large liner inside.

Your bin or box must be in good working order for us to empty it. If your bin or box is in poor condition, please order a new one.

You can report a stolen, burnt or vandalised bin or recycling box or report a problem with your bin or box collection.

We can help if you're physically unable to leave your bin out for collection, and collection and have no-one to help you with our free assisted bin lift service.
