Our £600m physical investment programme is a rolling programme of investment which began in 20XX to Improve existing council assets and provide new facilities.

We also fund and deliver a range of programmes on behalf of other organisations to support physical regeneration in communities across the city.

In addition, we deliver a range capital projects and programmes in partnership with central government departments and other funding partners
