  Our glass recycling collection service is suspended due to pressures on our staff numbers. This affects households that have a purple or black glass recycling box. All other bin and box collections are running as normal, including wheelie boxes.

  We are working hard to put measures in place which will ensure our glass recycling service is back up and running in the coming weeks. We will update our website and social media channels with information, once the service resumes.

• What can I do with my glass recycling?

  You can take glass recyclables to your nearest bottle bank. If you have access to transport, you can bring glass recyclables to your nearest recycling centre. We appreciate this will not be possible for everyone.
